St. Marys Woman Arrested On Several Charges By City Police

City police reported arresting Amy Lynn Vafrner, 34, of st. Marys. Varner was charged with three misdemeanor counts of scattering rubbish and three summary counts of harassment for ongoing incidents at a business since August 2026. on October 1st, City police obtained an arrest warrant for Varner, who was taken into custody and arraigned. Varner is in in Elk County Prison on $5,000.00 bail.
