Stackpole-Hall Foundation Celebrating Its 75th Anniversary

Congratulations to the Stackpole-Hall Foundation on its 75th anniversary! Back in the late 1990s, a visionary group of business and civic leaders recognized the need for a perpetual funding stream to support Elk County's future. With generous backing from the Stackpole-Hall Foundation, that vision became reality with the establishment of the Elk County Community Foundation. Today, we continue to work together to ensure our community thrives now and for generations to come.
