State Police Continue To Investigate Paul Buck Homicide From 1987


The Pennsylvania State Police Troop C - Ridgway Station continues their investigation on the Homicide of 36-year-old Paul Buck.


On Aug. 20, 1987, as Paul “Mickey” Buck was leaving work after an evening shift at Motion Control Industries in Ridgway, he was gunned down by an unknown assailant.


Buck, a foreman, normally worked the day shift at Motion Control on Gillis Avenue, police said. That evening, he had left work and was walking toward his car when someone fired a handgun at him at close range, someone who had to have been in the parking lot with Buck.
