State Police Investigating Report Of Dog Shot With BB Gun

State police received a complaint about a dog being shot in the area of Rich Valley Road. After investigation, police arrested a known 25-year-old Emporium man for Cruelty to animals and Criminal Mischief. The victim is a known 73-year-old man from Emporium.
