State Police Seeking Information On Elk County Fugitive

State Police in Ridgway seeking help in location Russell Mason who is wanted for parole violations. Martin was last scene November 8th, 2021 in Wilcox and his vehicle was found at a shopping mall in Cranberry Township, Butler County.
Officials described Mason as 5’10, 155lbs, and 46 years old, who has blue eyes and brown/gray hair with balding in the front.
Police say Mason has ties to Ohio, Illinois and Utah, and may be using an alias of Christopher August.
