Two Arrested After City Police And Drug Task Force Investigation

On August 10th, 2025, members of the City Police and Drug Task Force, executed a warrant for a wanted person, and a search warrant to seize illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia from a camper on East mill Street in Daguscahonda.


As a result of the investigation, Alexander Estell, 29, who was actively wanted by Pennsylvania state Parole was taken into custody and transported to the Elk County Prison. Estell was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, tetrahydrocannabinol, and drug paraphernalia. Misdemeanor charges were filed against Estell for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Also, Timothy James Jordan, 29, the owner of the camper, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, tetrahydrocannabinol, a digital scale, Ziploc bag packaging material, and other items of drug paraphernal used for the purpose of storing, processing and introducing drugs into the human body. A search warrant was obtained for Jordan's cellular phone that confirmed he was distributing methamphetamine. Messages were identified between Jordan and other known drug users about specific weights and prices of methamphetamine.


Jordan is currently incarcerated a the Elk County Prison. Felony and misdemeanor charges for possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were filed against Jordan.
