Two From St. Marys Charged With Drug Possession

The Saint Marys Police Department filed charges of controlled substances and of dmg paraphemalia

St. Marys City Police reported filing charges against Keenan McMillen and Lynn Riazzi Of Saint Marys. On July 23, 2026, Elk County Probation conducted a routine check on their residence. Inside the apartment, it was found to contain illegal controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
