Update On ATV Trail At Monday's City Council Meeting (VIDEO)

During this month's City Council Meeting, Cheryl Ruffner, from Elk County Riders, provided council with an update on an ATV Trail. Ruffner reported that Jay Township Granted permission for Elk County Riders to move forward with the trail around Byrnedale Park and to construct a bridge over Kersey Run.
