Vanatta Jr. Was Sentenced In Elk County For Plotting To Have His Ex-Wife Killed

A Wilcox man has been sentenced in court after being found guilty of two charges in relation to a plot to have his ex-wife killed in 2024.

David Vanatta Jr. was sentenced to 84 months to 240 months in jail on his felony charge of criminal solicitation to commit criminal homicide. The judge noted that there was no sentencing for the second guilty charge of criminal conspiracy to commit criminal homicide because the charges merged.
