Weedville Man In Elk County Prison Charged With Assault

State Police responded to a residence on Gontero Road in Weedville for a report of an assault. After investigation a warrant was issued for Seth Duttry, 34, of Weedville. Duttry later turned himself in to State Police in Ridgway. Duttry was arraigned and remanded to Elk County Prison. The incident is under investigation. The victim is a known 32 year old man from Weedville.
