ATV Accident In Benezette Township

State police investigated an accident in Benezette Township. Police report that an ATV operated by William Livingston, 32, of Columbus, Indiana, was traveling south when the man became distracted by his integrated navigation system on his motorcycle as approached a right-hand curve. Livingston failed to negotiate the curve and lost control. The motorcycle then landed on top of him. As a result, Livingston sustained a broken leg and several other injuries and was transported to Penn Highlands Dubois for Treatment.
