We will gather at 3:45 pm near the PA250 Cameron County Liberty Bell, crafted by local artist, Sarah Jane Daley to celebrate the 239th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.

The community is encouraged to bring a bell of their own and join the festivities.

Bells Across America is an annual celebration of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Participants gather across the country to ring bells, much as the church bells of Philadelphia rang out when the U.S. Constitution was first signed at 4 pm on September 17, 1787.
