There will be a new District 9 Class 1A champion after fourth-seeded Cameron County beat fifth-seeded Otto-Eldred, 44-30, in the D9 quarterfinals at Cameron County.Isaac Grovanz added 13 points for the Red Raiders, while Malakai Zucal added eight points.
