A Kersey woman is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed a man.
Paige Greenawalt, 30, has been charged after Pennsylvania State Police were called to a home on Fern Lane in Fox Township, about an active domestic incident.
According to reports, troopers determined that before the 911 call came in, Greenawalt had gotten into a physical dispute with the victim and had retrieved a knife from her bedroom. She then allegedly stabbed the victim in the lower abdomen.
Police noted the victim had a laceration to his hand and a puncture wound to his lower right abdomen.
Greenawalt was released from prison after she posted her $10,000 bail. She’s facing charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 2.
