Emporium Man Charged With Drug Possession

State police reported conducting a warrant on East Allegany Avenue in Emporium. While serving the warrant, police discovered drugs in plain view. The investigation is ongoing. Police report the man arrested is 24 years of age and an Emporium Resident.
