Gaming Revenue Jumps 11.6% in January

Pennsylvania’s gambling industry generated $590,644,755 in revenue in January 2026, an 11.64% increase over January 2025, according to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The total includes revenue from slot machines, table games, internet gaming, sports wagering, video gaming terminals at truck stops, and fantasy contests. The resulting tax revenue for January 2026 was $249,969,629, according to the board.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulates 17 land-based casinos, online casino games, retail and online sports wagering, video gaming terminals, and fantasy contests.
