Johnsonburg Man Cited For Public Drunkenness, Possession

Pennsylvania State Police reported that after coming in contact with a 60-year-old man from Johnsonburg walking in an area of 200 West Center Street in Johnsonburg the man was acting strange and police said later determined to be under the influence. The man was placed under arrest, and charges are pending for public drunkenness, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
