Kersey Man Arrested After Domestic Incident In Fox Township

A Kersey man was arrested after allegedly strangling a woman during an argument.

The incident occurred on November 2nd on Main Street in Fox Township.

Police say a known 33-year-old man from Kersey had allegedly become angry with the victim where he then grabbed her by the throat and began to choke her.

The man was arrested and taken to the Elk County Jail where he faces felony strangulation and assault charges.
