Man Charged For PFA Violation

City police have filed charges against Brian Christopher Merrifield, 52, formerly of Lock Haven and most recently of St. Marys, with one count for contempt for violation of an Emergency PFA. Marrifield was taken into custody and committed to Elk Count Prison in Lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
