Rep. Armanini Recognizes New Eagle Scouts Evan Luckenbill

State Rep. Mike Armanini last week presented a House citation to Evan Luckenbill, a member of Troop 199 in St Marys, for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Evan is now the third member of his family to earn the Eagle Scout rank, joining his brothers Tyler and Alex.

For his Eagle Scout project, Evan built a "Mantracker" training area at the Elkland Search and Rescue with six different materials for footprint analysis.
