Trial Date Set For Former Dubois City Manager And Former City Employee

A trial date has been set for the former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer.
According to court documents, the trial will begin on June 1, 2026.
Suplizio and Shaffer are accused of stealing around $1.5 million dollars between 2008 and 2022.
