Woman Charged With Trespassing, Loitering

City police in St. Marys responded t a report of a female trespassing and loitering outside of the residence in the early hours of May 16th, 2026. Police identified the woman as Kristin LynnMertz, 32, and subsequently placed her under arrest for trespassing, loitering and prowling. Th woman was arraigned and committed to Elk County Prison. Bail was set at $50,000.
