Port Allegany Man Facing Charges After Traffic Stop In Cameron County

State police in Emporium reported conducting a traffic stop on West 4th Street After investigation the operator, a known 32-year-old man from Port Allegany was in possession of untaxed cigarettes. Charges are pending.
